New Churches, Transformed Lives

One of the greatest joys we experience in our ministry is seeing new churches planted. Each church represents transformed lives and becomes a beacon of light in its community.
In Oaxaca, our church Hospital de Fe (Hospital of Faith) is starting a new mission church called Betania on the outskirts of the city. They’re reaching new families, and Pastor Eliel is training young leaders to guide this new congregation.
This new mission church provides an opportunity to raise up and train new leaders while evangelizing and discipling people in their faith. It also brings a sense of excitement and encouragement to the mother church, as they are planting a new church just four years after Hospital de Fe began its public services.
Vida Durango Launches El Camino

Meanwhile, in Durango, Vida Durango (Durango Life Church) is also launching a new mission church called El Camino (The Way) in the city. Pastor Noe Reyes is training leaders to evangelize and shepherd the congregation. One of their members owns a Lucha Libre-themed (Mexican wrestling) restaurant on one of the city’s main avenues, and recently, they began holding services there.

Pastor Noe has a vision to build a network of churches. Recently, I was able to connect him with one of our other new works called Luz y Vida (Light and Life) in Los Cabos. Luz y Vida is led by a Mexican missionary couple, Hugo and Yazmin. This mission church owns property and has partnered with friends from Southern California, who have helped fund part of the church’s construction. The building is still under construction, but they are already reaching out to the community, and new people are coming to faith. Hugo and Yazmin are among our most productive church planters, with this being their fourth church plant.
We plant churches to see the Kingdom of God grow. Church planting has proven to be the most effective way to evangelize and bring people to Christ.
Tremendous Growth on the Big Island

On the Big Island, we are also seeing tremendous church growth. While I am still waiting on some reports from our church planters, so far in 2025, we’ve seen:
-
21 new churches started
-
4,942 people reached with the gospel
-
1,421 people coming to faith in Christ
-
1,136 people blessed through financial aid sent in the past six months
-
656 children have received toys and school supplies this year through Hannah’s Toys of Hope
These numbers are both impressive and encouraging as we think of all the people experiencing the love of Jesus through His body, the Church.
And what’s even more amazing is that these numbers will only continue to grow as I receive the remaining reports from pastors and leaders in the field.
🎁 Hannah’s Toys of Hope: Sharing God’s Love With Children

Many of the children we serve have never owned a toy of their own. They live in poverty-stricken areas where joy is scarce, and daily needs often go unmet. When these children receive a toy, often for the very first time—through Hannah’s Toys of Hope, their eyes light up with joy.
Through a simple gift and a message of hope, they are hearing the good news of Jesus and experiencing His love in a tangible way.
